Wooden Cows

In July to celebrate M's birthday, we went to the famous wooden toy factory in Switzerland - Trauffer. You get to immerse yourself in the feel and pride of the family run business. Nestled in a small town outside of Brienz. There we spent the afternoon, having lunch, strolling through the musuem and painting our own cows. They did have the option to carve part of the cow, however when we got there it was break time for them, but as we were leaving we saw a couple people at the carving station (and one with bandages on their finger - so perhaps it was best we didn't try it).
