Rainy November

It is raining all the time - Es Regnet die ganze Zeit

I haven't written much recently because I think I and many of us are kind of stuck. In addition to the world chaos and pain, the weather here has not made it very comforting. We went from an extended summer, skipped fall for the most part and are now in early winter. EVERY day this month it has rained. And not just a little. Winds, rains and even a light hail storm. I know we need the rain, but it does make things gloomy.

Today, Stephan and I layered up added our raincoats and did our long loop because the rain was tolerable. It was so nice to get back there. We haven't walked to the lake this entire month. We do walk but mainly to town and back along the bus line just incase the rains get too much.

As you can see from the photos - our area is at full capacity for rain. And it is looking like another 10 days of rain - For local folks - it is looking like we might have sunshine on Thursday - so make sure to get out there and get your Vitamin D!
