Nice

We spent 5 days in Nice in April. I knew I would like it there - but honestly, I had no idea how much I would enjoy it. We stayed in the center of the old city so we were just a few minutes from the beach and the main streets. My favorite part was that we were in the old portion so we were able to explore the little streets and every twist and turn every time we stepped out of our door. This allowed us time to explore at all times of the day and night. It was nice to walk some of the same streets Stephan remembered from when he traveled with his family when he was a teen. I am glad he pursued this vacation destination. It was still a bit cold to swim, but we did go to the beach one day and did take a quick dip - I mean we just had to do it. We did not have enough time to explore everywhere we wanted but we will be back for sure.
