Krakow
I had never been to any part of Poland and I have to say - Krakow did not disappoint. We spent a few days, exploring the city by foot, finding as many local spots as possible. It was a vibrant city with so much life. The temperature was great. We had one day of cold rain but no complaints from me. We visited a salt mine outside the city which was super interesting. (Next post will be about Jewish Krakow). Overall, Krakow won me over - the traditional food (lots of GF and vegan options), the parks, the people, the street art, the sites. I have to say, Krakow is in the top of my favorite European cities. This is definitely a city that I will visit again.
