Insel Mainau

Insel Mainau is an island on the Bodensee. The Bodensee (Lake Constance) is the only lake that is shared by Austria, Germany and Switzerland, each having towns along the water. We often visit Konstanz, a beautiful town in Germany and very close to Insel Mainau.

This past week, K was visiting for her spring break and one of the days she was here we all headed to Konstanz for lunch and Insel Mainau for the spring flowers. Neither disappointed, however, the company of both K and M made it the best.
