Frog - Der Frosch

Our morning walks are talked a lot about these days. After all, it is one of the things we look forward to everyday.  And it is one of the few things we do without stress or concerns. We walk early enough that there are few people out.

I  mentioned in an earlier post about the goats that we see mark our turn around point. We usually walk a different route home. Most often, we walk via the pond to see how everyone is doing. And when I mean everyone - I mean the frogs mainly...

And earlier this spring during mating season - the calls and the amount of frogs were amazing. Bare with the poor camera work - but listen and look closely at all the frogs.  

And on really special days - we might spot a frog at home!
