Feldkirch and Hohenems

On the final full day of my friends visit we drove to Austria, via Liechtenstein. On the way, we made a side-quest (thank you Ava for that new word!) to another chocolate factory for a quick tour and taste.

We did walk down the main street of Liechtenstein and hopped back into the car for Austria. We toured the downtown and the outside of the castle in Feldkirch (unfortunately it was closed the day we were there) and had a snack at one of the many cafes.

We followed it with a lovely stroll through Hohenems, a surprise walk through the old Jewish Cemetery. A friend of Stephan's once took us there but the gates were locked. We saw that the gates were open so we stopped to take a moment to acknowledge .
